Overview
The Luxorr API connects your platform to Luxorr gifting. You decide who gets a gift and when. Luxorr buys, packs, and delivers the gift, and tells you what happened.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”The API supports three patterns:
| Pattern | You | Luxorr | Guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Send a gift link | Pick a player and a campaign, and send the player the link. | Shows the gifts. The player picks one and enters an address. | CRM gifts |
| Run a rewards shop | Show a rewards store on your site, and place the player’s order. | Checks the price and stock, and then delivers the gift. | Operator shop |
| Stay in sync | Receive webhooks, or read the event feed. | Sends an event for each change to a link or an order. | Webhooks and events |
You can use links, a store, or both. If you serve many operators, use one key for each operator. For more information, see Multi-operator platform.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Get a Luxorr account. Luxorr sets up your account with your brands. For more information, see Onboarding.
- Create a key. After Luxorr turns on API access, your team creates a key in the Luxorr workspace. Call the API from your servers with that key. For more information, see Hosts and keys.
- Choose how you give gifts. Send personal links, run a rewards store, or do both.
- Follow what happens. Luxorr sends an event when a link or an order changes. For more information, see Webhooks and events.
Your team sees everything that you create in the Luxorr workspace, marked via API with the key’s name.
Personal data
Section titled “Personal data”No response or webhook contains a player’s email address, phone number, or street address. A store order accepts the address and never returns it.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”- Getting started: check your key and find the right guide.
- API reference: every endpoint, field, and event.
