Multi-operator platform
A platform connects several operators to Luxorr. Each operator’s campaigns, links, and players stay separate.
Use one key for each operator
Section titled “Use one key for each operator”Each operator has its own Luxorr account, and the platform holds one key for each account. Each key works for one operator only.
| Operator | Luxorr account | Key |
|---|---|---|
| Operator A | Operator A | lxr_live_9fQ2… |
| Operator B | Operator B | lxr_live_Tm7c… |
Luxorr creates an account for each operator, and gives the key to the platform or to the operator’s Administrator. Approval rules, brands, rewards stores, and campaigns are set for each operator.
Route each request
Section titled “Route each request”Store each key with its operator, encrypted, and select it for each request:
async function createLinkFor(operatorId, link, idempotencyKey) { const key = await secrets.luxorrKeyFor(operatorId) return fetch(`${LUXORR_API}/personal-links`, { method: 'POST', headers: { Authorization: `Bearer ${key}`, 'Content-Type': 'application/json', 'Idempotency-Key': idempotencyKey, }, body: JSON.stringify(link), })}Keep the following in mind:
- Check each key with
GET /mewhen you store it.tenant.idandbrandsmust match the operator. - Read the settings for each key.
locales, approvalRequired, customFields, brands, andwebhookUrldiffer by operator. Don’t reuse one operator’s custom field IDs or campaign IDs for another. - Idempotency keys are separate for each API key. Build them from the occasion and the player, as for one operator.
birthday-2026:player-123under Operator A’s key and under Operator B’s key are separate links.
Keep IDs per operator
Section titled “Keep IDs per operator”- Luxorr IDs belong to one operator’s account. Keep them per operator, and call with that operator’s key.
- Rate limits apply to each key.
Set up webhooks
Section titled “Set up webhooks”Set a webhook URL on each key. You can use one URL for each operator, such as https://hooks.platform.example/luxorr/operator-a, or one shared URL.
Each key has its own webhook secret, so a valid signature identifies the operator. data contains Luxorr IDs and the link’s customFields, where the operator’s player ID field identifies the player.
Add an operator
Section titled “Add an operator”To add an operator, do the following:
- Send your Luxorr contact the operator’s name, brands, delivery countries, and approval setting.
- Luxorr creates the account and its campaigns, turns on API access, and creates a key.
- Integrate, and then send one real link together with Luxorr.
